A Cuppa for all Seasons!

Tea is one of the primary beverages consumed in India; go to any Indian home and chances are that the first thing offered to you will be a strong and fragrant cup of tea.

The Season’s Lifestyle Gallery at Rustomjee Seasons, BKC Annexe, was the perfect locale for an event that reinvented the concept of ‘high tea’. Tea Tasting and Desert Fest’, hosted on 28th April 2017, presented a variety of the finest teas from across the globe to connoisseurs of this particular beverage.

The event was organized exclusively for those who appreciate the finer things in life, which of course, includes those who find Rustomjee Seasons a perfect residential option. Curated by tea Sommelier Meera Thacker along with the Tea Board of India, the event offered the participants the opportunity to learn more about the beverage, taste different varieties of tea from across the globe and also become Tea Sommeliers for a day.Paired with the teas were a delectable variety of desserts.

All the participants were very appreciative of the manner in which the ‘fest’ was organized; while most were aware of the strong black tea and green tea variants commonly available, they were quite amazed to taste ‘white’ tea and other exotic variants.

The event concluded with several participants taking photo ops at the booth especially set up at the venue. Social media was abuzz with posts regarding this unique initiative at the Seasons Lifestyle Gallery, with many awaiting the next installment.

The Tea Tasting and Desert Fest’ served to highlight the Rustomjee concept of ‘My Space’ where residents of Rustomjee enjoy the luxury of having their own ‘space’ to pursue their hobbies, try out new activities and develop new interests outside the usual mundane activities of work and home. There is so much more to life and that is what living at Rustomjee is all about!

Is Khar the new Queen of the Suburbs?

Bandra they say is the Queen of the Suburbs in Mumbai. Though originally a tiny fishing village in the early 12th century, it has now become a hub of glamour, lifestyle and fashion. Off-late Bandra is beginning to lose its luster to its neighbour- Khar. Home to Mumbai’s glitterati, Khar is a blend of shaded boulevards, tony restaurants, cafés and nightclubs which is the main reason why Khar is becoming so popular.
In order to take full advantage of this new unexplored and young area, Rustomjee launched its largest residential community called ‘Rustomjee Paramount’ in Khar.

What makes Paramount so special?
Located in Khar West, in over an acre ‘Rustomjee Paramount’ boasts of being the only gated community in the area with sea facing apartments complemented with world class amenities. Rustomjee Paramount is nestled in this lively neighborhood on the 18th Road with close proximity to the airport, Banrda-Worli sea link, S.V Road and Western Express Highway. It is considered to be the perfect family residence as it is close to renowned schools, colleges, hospitals, banks and prestigious clubs like Otters, Bandra Gymkhana and Khar Gymkhana. This project was thoughtfully curated to fulfil the glittering lifestyle its luxury conscious residents seek. Paramount is in line with Rustomjee’s expertise in developing homes in large format gated community layouts that encourage quality time with loved ones. While all top of the line amenities are provided in the project, they are thoughtfully designed to elevate the residents living experience.

And what are these amenities?

Paramount was designed to pamper the life of any individual who walked into the building.
• For the fitness freaks, the jogging track has hidden speakers playing natural ambient sound, mist creators to enhance the mood and markings along the track to tell the jogger how many calories have been burnt.

• The temperature controlled swimming pool will consist of salt water rather than chlorine to prevent harmful skin reactions. Splash your stress away with counter currents and an aqua gym.

• A shallow strip of water bodies will run along the side where children can float paper boats and parents can relive old memories.

• Should you wish to relax and de-stress from the city life, you are spoilt for choice with hammocks, Zen gardens, sun decks, hot yoga studio and more.

• If letting your hair down is your thing, head straight to the Alfresco sky lounge for a sundowner.

• Spark up your evenings at the party lawn, the plush pool side cabanas, catch a shooting star at the sky gazing deck for fun evenings or have a candle lit dinner with your partner with breathtaking views of the sea.
And the cherry on top of the cake is that all flats have a fantastic view of the city as well as the Arabian Sea!

Designed by renowned architects Sanjay Puri from Sanjay Puri Architects, Mumbai and Patty Mak from Suying Metropolitan, Singapore will consist of multiple towers of 20 floors each with spacious 2, 3 & 4 BHK homes. Rustomjee Paramount comes with a guaranteed date of possession starting December 2017 on wards.
When asked about the project, Percy Chowdhry, Director, Rustomjee Group said, “The Bandra Khar belt is the hub of entertainment. However development in the area is replete with land irregularities, stand-alone structures and a constant challenge for quality family time. In our endeavor to provide thoughtfully designed homes that elevates the lifestyle of our residents, we present Rustomjee Paramount. A home here will have everything you need to spend quality time with your family.”

With such a fabulous location and innumerable facilities, it is surely going to be a home that has everything and that every Mumbaikar will want. It is also designed to foster greater bonds quality time spent with family and friends that gives it the extra thoughtful touch of Rustomjee.

So if someone asks, “What’s the right time to buy a house?” Then the answer is now, especially if the house is in Paramount!

4 Reasons Why Healthy Living Spaces Promote a Successful Daily Life

It‘s rightly said that home is where the heart is. Your home is a reflection of who you are and how you choose to live your life. You can tell a lot about a person by looking at their living space. So, take a look around and think about what your dwelling space says about you. Are you all about coziness and comfort or class and elegance or artsy and quirky or something else altogether?

No matter what type of living space you prefer there’s one thing that’s paramount for any type of living space and that’s the HQ — the health quotient of your home. It is known that a healthy living space promotes good lifestyle and a successful daily life and we’re here to tell you exactly how and why.

Nature: Is your living space around nature or is it in the heart of a concrete hellhole? You need to be living in a space that facilitates environmental harmony and works towards reducing toxins. Breathe fresh air and refresh your body and mind.

Clutter-ridding Spaciousness: The more the clutter the more the chaos is felt in one’s mind. Subliminally clutter causes claustrophobic symptoms and restlessness. It’s a good idea to get rid of everything that you don’t need. There’s a theory about you not needing something if you haven’t used it for 6-8 months. Toss ‘em out and free your houses of clutter and chaos. A clear living space, a clear mind.

Roominess: Open spaces doesn’t imply getting rid of all the furniture at home, it means taking a minimalistic approach. Instead of jamming your home and porch with a lot of furniture, make it simple and place only the items that you would need and use on a daily basis.

Colors: Use colors that are cooling or the ones that you personally love and those that brighten up your day. Stay away from darker or dull tones because they bring forth a gloomy energy, especially at dusk.

At Rustomjee, we have been creating vibrant living spaces since 1996. We have launched, completed and delivered many state-of-the-art residential complexes, premium homes and impressive commercial facilities. The eco-centricity of our enterprise is evident in every aspect of the properties we create. From the blue-print which always allots adequate space to open green spaces, to the structures we build. In a bid to give back something to nature in return for what has been borrowed, we’ve planted trees for each building we’ve constructed. We are all about healthy living spaces that promote a good and successful lifestyle.

Rustomjee launches the tallest tower in Thane

On March 13, 2015, Rustomjee added another feather in its cap by launching the tallest residential tower of Thane in its township, Urbania. With all approvals in place and no pre-EMI’s till possession, residents now have access to stunning panoramic views of this central suburb.

The tower is among the 10-towers that form part of Azziano complex within Rustomjee Urbania. The 31-storey high tower has exquisitely designed 2-BHK rooms that offer a complete experience of luxurious living to its residents. The tower will provide access to all amenities of Urbania that enable a holistic living experience – its own International School, healthcare, retail, commercial spaces, police station and unique 9 community spaces. The township is home to over 750 families so far and the occupation is likely to double in the coming year.

The township caters to every need of a resident, fostering the concept of walk to work thereby improving the quality of life. Rustomjee has launched a special Gudi Padwa offer for those looking for a house in Urbania. They can book a home at Rs 9.07 lacs plus Government taxes and the balance would need to be paid at the time of possession.

Sprawled in an area of 127 acres, Rustomjee Urbania is aesthetically designed by the most renowned architect in India, Hafeez Contractor. It also houses ‘Leon’s world’ which is a space developed, in consultation with experts, to provide children a stimulating environment. It caters to different aspects of growth and development. Mentors present at the center guide children in exploring various fields including arts, mathematics and science and language through play way learning methods.

Nearly 50% of the township has green spaces with 7,500 trees and a sewage treatment plant which recycles 90% of used water for gardening, washing and sanitary purposes. Also keeping in mind the heavy rainfall that Mumbai experiences during monsoons the area is built higher than the High Tide and High Flood levels recorded in the region. Systems installed to harvest rain water and light reflecting windows that help save energy help to economize on natural resources and aim at creating a zero-waste township.

Rustomjee Urbania is the only township in Mumbai that has received Gold Rating from IGBC(Indian Green Building Certificate). It recently bagged ‘the best township’ recognition at the NDTV Property awards 2014.
