Thane’s Residential Projects – Reaching For the Sky!

Thane was long considered to be Mumbai’s satellite city, but today it has grown in size and status to becoming a city of its own standing and most would agree that in terms of infrastructure it is surpassing Mumbai as well.

Developers are more than willing to meet all the stipulations of the government as high rise buildings essentially mean that they can create modern architectural masterpieces which will become iconic landmarks and also present with the opportunity to build more apartments in the same land parcel. High rises also attract a different set of clientele who are looking for an elevated lifestyle and a great view, from a higher floor, which also offers a greater element of privacy, is high on their priority list.

Whether it is in Thane East or West, high rises and integrated townships are fast becoming the mainstay of the Thane real estate market. While places like Godhbunder Road do not have many land parcels left, areas like Majiwada, Kolshet and Kasarvadavali are proving to be good investment opportunities and several good projects are coming up in these areas like the Rustomjee Urbania township with high rise towers, 36 floors, in their Azziano wing.
