Rustomjee Paramount has become a trend setter of sorts when it comes to organizing events setting the bar higher with every event. Guests at the Paramount on 8th April were certainly in for a gastronomic treat at the dinner crafted by the leading culinary and hospitality school Le Cordon Bleu and nominated chef Srishti Godbole.
Chef Srishti herself is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu and served up a menu that was delightfully well balanced in flavours and perfectly in tune with the season. Over 50 guests enjoyed the extensive menu and the renowned food writer, author and television personality Mr.Kunal Vijayakar too graced the occasion with his presence.
This dinner was a testament to the fact that Rustomjee stands by its commitment to create opportunities for its residents to explore new facets of life – from culture, to entertainment and cuisines.
