Fun Filled Saturday At Leon’s World

It’s going to be a packed and exciting day at the Leon’s World Centre for Holistic Learning and Development on Saturday, the 17th of February. There is a lot planned and the schedule has been arranged in such a way that everyone can participate in all the workshops and enjoy themselves to the fullest.

To start with at 10 am the day is going to kick off with an interesting workshop by Magical Whispers who will be conducting a puppet making workshop. Here children will be crating two puppets – one from a box and the other from a paper bag. Magical Whispers has a vision to take children into their magical world of stories and awaken their creative skills through creative puppets and recycled art.

This will be followed by a dramatized story telling of ‘Red Discovers the Magic of We’. It is a story about Red, the little sister of six colourful brothers, who is loved by all. One day she decides to leave her rainbow family behind and dazzle in the sky alone. It remains to be seen if the sky people and the little children of the village will enjoy her solo performance. The children will also get a copy of the book to take home.
